Unemployment Representation
Florida’s unemployment program (known as the Reemployment Assistance Program) provides temporary, partial wage replacement benefits to qualified workers who are unemployed through no fault of their own. The program is funded solely by employer’s payroll taxes
If you are denied unemployment benefits (or receive a notice of disqualification), you have the right to appeal and participate in a hearing before an appeals referee.
You have the right to be represented by an attorney at an unemployment hearing. We have represented hundreds of claimants in unemployment hearings.
